Art Selection: Select your preferred size.

Deposit Payment: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon ordering.

Reference Photos: You may provide the artist with a photo of your choice. Photo references must be direct (i.e. not angled), clear, and without glares or large tears. 

Bark selection: Artist will offer 2 pieces of bark for you to choose from in your requested size. Actual bark sizes vary based on what I am able to collect. (listed size based on closest frame fit).

Special Requests: At this time, please notify the artist of any ideas or special requests. Please also advise if the art piece is to be professionally framed and/or shipped. A quotation for special requests and shipping will be provided for your review.

Timeline: After receiving your photo, the artist will advise of the expected timeline for completion. On average commissions have an 8-10 week delivery timeframe.

Completion and Adjustments: Upon initial completion, the client may request one minor amendment to the artwork. The client must provide clear and detailed directions on the amendment desired. Additional changes, beyond this, will require a fee per change.

Final Payment & Delivery: Upon final completion, an invoice for the balance will be issued (inclusive of special requests where applicable). Payment is required prior to delivery/collection of the art piece. Clients will be provided with the shipping details. Where applicable, the client may collect the artwork directly from the artist free of charge.
